No Questions Asked Exchange Policy
At SLEEQUE™, we are committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, don't worry! You can exchange any product (excluding sale items) from your previous order.
We stand by our promise! Simply call us at +92 314 9593403 between 10:00 AM and 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) or email us at info@thesleeque.com within 15 days from the date of your order.
Please note that exchanges are only accepted if the products are returned in a saleable condition, with tags intact, in their original packaging, and in an unwashed and undamaged state.

Exchangeable Items

Items for Exchange
You can exchange any product (except sale items). The final price of exchanged products must be equal to or greater than the price of the returned items.
Exchange Processing Time
Exchanged products are dispatched once the returned items pass our product inspection. Typically, this process takes no more than 72 hours after receiving the return. In case of any delays, we will notify you via email, SMS, or phone call.
Exchange for Lesser Value Items
Exchanges must be for items of equal or greater value than the returned items.
Exchange Charges
There is no charge for exchanges. Simply return the original item and exchange it for an item of equal or higher value. If you choose an item of higher value, you can pay the difference via cash on delivery (COD). COD charges will apply to products from the SLEEQUE™ Add-on program, and nominal cash handling charges will be applicable. Please note that COD and cash handling charges are non-refundable.
Multiple Items Exchange
Yes, you can exchange a single product for multiple items, provided the total value of the exchanged products is equal to or greater than the value of the returned item.
